The applicant does herby apply to the Vineland Municipal Electric Utility (VMEU) for VMEU to supply electric service at the address noted below, under the terms and conditions of the City of Vineland Code, Chapter 687, and the General Terms, Rules and Regulations of the Electric Utility.

The applicant agrees to pay for this service in accordance with the ordinances established by the City of Vineland, and the General Terms, Rules and Regulations of the Electric Utility; to allow VMEU to enter the premises at any reasonable hour to install, remove, exchange, test, maintain, or read meter; and to leave the main switch of the electrical service off until VMEU has installed the electric meter.
